It looked nice at first, but yeah... my kit was missing a few key things I expected to be included. Kind of disappointing since it’s supposed to be a starter kit.

Ordering from sistaco.us was easy, which I’m saying in a very calm and totally not relieved way. The site was simple to get around, and I found what I was looking for without having to click through a million confusing pages.

Checkout was smooth, the confirmation email showed up right away, and the shipping info was clear too. So yes, everything went fine, I remained completely composed, and I’d definitely order again

I wasn’t totally convinced at first, but the sistaco powder ended up being way easier to apply than I expected. It took me a couple tries to get the edges looking neat, so my first attempt definitely wasn’t perfect, but it was still quick and nowhere near as messy as regular polish. It lasted decently well too, which I have to admit was a nice surprise. Taking off one star because there’s a bit of a learning curve, but yeah… I’d use it again.

I really wanted to like this because the colors actually turned out nice, but wow, the smell was stronger than I expected. I had a window open and the fumes still kind of took over the room while I was doing my nails. It wasn’t unbearable, just not something I loved. Also, I’m a little annoyed because it felt like the terms/details changed after I bought it, which is always frustrating. I might use it again, but only outside or somewhere with way better airflow...

I ordered a couple of colors and overall they were really close to what I saw on the site, with just one shade looking a little warmer in person than I expected, but it wasn’t a big enough difference to bother me and I’m still really happy with how everything turned out because the colors were easy to choose from, looked nice, and matched the pictures well for the most part. I’d probably give 5 stars if the swatches were just a tiny bit more exact, but overall I’m happy with my order.

I was kinda nervous to remove it at first, not gonna lie. I thought it might mess up my nails but it actually came off easy. I just followed the steps and took my time with it. Took a bit of patience, but it wasn’t hard or anything. My nails looked totally fine after, which was what I was worried about most. Really happy how it went

I’ve really loved being part of the Sistaco community. Everyone is so friendly and quick to jump in with tips or answer questions, which has helped me a lot. I swear the only problem is my timing, I always seem to ask for color ideas right when I’m about to redo my nails and then get overwhelmed with all the cute inspo people share!

Well... everything showed up just like I ordered it. No missing pieces, no weird mix-ups, and the colors were exactly the ones I picked. Overall, I’m happy with it.

I do really like Sistaco, and the colors I’ve managed to get have been lovely. I know I’m probably not the only customer who feels this way, but it’s a bit frustrating when certain shades seem to be out of stock for ages.

The restock emails are helpful, but a few times I’ve gone to check and the shade is already gone again. Overall, I’m happy with the products, but it can be annoying when you’re trying to order a full set and can’t get everything you want.

I’m really glad I bought this... it feels like money well spent! No regrets at all.

I reached out to customer service with a question, and they did eventually get back to me, but it took longer than I was expecting. I wasn’t in a huge rush or anything, I think I was just checking in between errands that day, but still, the wait felt a bit longer than it should have. When they did reply, they were polite and answered what I needed, so I can’t really complain too much. It just wasn’t especially fast or impressive. Overall, I’d say it was fine, but nothing more than that.

I expected the return and refund process to be straightforward, but it ended up taking way longer than I thought it should. The refund was slow, and when I reached out to support, the answers were kind of vague and didn’t really help me understand what was going on. Overall, it just wasn’t the experience I was hoping for.

I ordered from Sistaco and got a little suspicious when the shipping started taking longer than I expected. For a while I was wondering if something weird was going on, but it did finally show up and everything was fine. Not a terrible experience, just definitely not as quick as I thought it would be.

I was surprised by how fast this set. I’m usually so impatient waiting for my nails to dry, and with regular polish I almost always end up smudging one. With Sistaco, it cured really quickly and I was able to do both hands in way less time than I normally would. It makes doing my nails at home feel so much easier, and I can definitely see myself using it again regularly.

I was really happy with how my order arrived. Everything was packed securely, with nothing broken or leaking, and the box actually looked clean and neat instead of all smashed up. It’s always a good feeling when a delivery shows up looking this well taken care of!

The tutorials seemed easy at first, but once I actually started following along, I got a bit lost. Some of the steps felt scattered (or maybe not explained clearly enough), so I had to rewind and rewatch a few parts. Not terrible or anything! Just kind of frustrating.

The colors are really and looked nice on, but after I took it off my nails started peeling. Not sure if it was just me, but it was frustrating tbh

I was a little disappointed with the color range on Sistaco. I thought there would be more options, but once I looked closer, a lot of the shades seemed similar. I also had a hard time finding the simple everyday colors I actually wanted. Anyway, maybe it works better for other people, but for me it just felt too limited. Two stars

I wasn’t expecting cleanup to be such a whole thing, but the powder ended up all over the place. It took way longer than it should have to clean up, how is this okay?

At first, I thought this looked really nice, but after using it a bit, the quality just didn’t feel “worth it.” It started wearing out faster than I expected, and the finish wasn’t very even either. Maybe I just got a bad one, but i wouldn’t buy it again.
